Collabs

Collabs

Toronto Embroidery is open to working with people. If you make things, sell things, teach things, perform, create content, or just have an idea that involves custom apparel and decoration, we want to hear it. This page is the front door: tell us what you have in mind, and we will work out together whether there is a fit. There is no single right kind of collaborator and no fixed template you have to squeeze into. If it involves embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, DTF, or heat pressing — in our Toronto shop or live at events — pitch it.

We are a custom embroidery and apparel decoration shop in Toronto. Our services are custom embroidery, laser engraving, screen printing, DTF transfers, and heat pressing, in shop and live at events.

Ways to collaborate

UGC creators

If you create content — photos, video, reviews, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, or showing a decorated piece in use — this is your track. Tell us what kind of content you make, where it lives, and what you would like to make with us. A creator collaboration can be a single piece of content, an ongoing series, content made at our shop, or content made at a live event. Creators who share gifted items or paid content must use #ad or #Gifted where applicable, so audiences can tell what is sponsored.

Clients and brands

If you are a business, brand, team, school, or organization, we can collaborate on co-branded merch, teamwear, event giveaways, limited runs, and live personalization at your event. That can mean a small limited run to test an idea, a full teamwear order, giveaway pieces for an event, or a live station where guests get apparel personalized on the spot. See also our Live Event Activations, Live On-Site Laser Engraving in Toronto, Laser Engraving, and Expert In-House Embroidery pages.

Learners

If you want to learn by working alongside us — in the shop, under supervision, on real orders — that is a separate track with its own detail. Learners are not interns and are not employees. On-site learning is local only, in person at our Toronto shop, while remote referral and sales can come from anywhere in the world. Read the full detail on our Learn with Toronto Embroidery page.

Staff and team

We do not always have a role posted, and that does not mean the door is closed. If you would like to work with us, send your pitch and background anyway: applications are kept on file even when no role is posted, and we will get in touch if a fit opens up. Sending an application does not promise a role.

Educational developers

If you develop courses, workshops, training material, or learning programs — especially around making, craft, apparel decoration, or creative skills — we are interested in collaborating on learning that is grounded in real shop work. Tell us what you teach or build, who it is for, and what a collaboration with a working embroidery shop could look like.

Anyone else

Do not fit any of the tracks above? Pitch anyway. If your idea involves custom apparel, decoration, live events, content, or learning, send it in as an open pitch and tell us what you are imagining. The door is open, and an idea we have not thought of yet is welcome.

What a collab can look like

A collaboration can be small or ongoing. Examples include: a creator making content featuring a decorated piece; a brand running a limited co-branded drop; a team ordering teamwear; an event host adding live personalization at their event; a learner working under supervision on real orders in the shop; or someone referring sales from anywhere in the world through their own audience. What it will not be is fixed in advance — the shape of each collaboration is worked out with the person proposing it.

Pilot commission terms

For referred sales in the pilot, the terms are: 15% of attributed net sales (excluding shipping and tax, net of refunds) per referred sale, paid monthly, with one unique link or code per person. There is no discount stacking in the pilot: no audience discount code is stacked on top of commission. The commission tiers to 20% only after proven performance: 10 or more attributed sales in the pilot quarter.

How to pitch

Email your pitch to orders@torontoembroidery.com. Please include: who you are, with links, a portfolio, or socials; what you propose; what you need from us and what you bring; and when and where — whether on-site and local, or remote. We will acknowledge your pitch and reply within 1–2 weeks.

Creators and learners who share gifted items or paid content must use #ad or #Gifted where applicable. This is a disclosure note, not a legal ruling.
