Pre-Event Prep
We finalize artwork, colourways, and apparel/tote selections. Screens are burned in advance for maximum speed on site. -
Live Printing Station
Guests pick a design and ink colour. Our team prints, flashes, and cures each piece so it’s ready to wear in minutes. -
Hand Off & Hype
Freshly printed gear is bagged or handed out hot off the press — perfect for photos, socials, and ongoing booth traffic.
- Two (2) dedicated 220–240V, 30A circuits for flash/cure equipment.
- One (1) standard 120V, 15A outlet for press peripherals (lights/tablet/labeler).
- Venue electrician can confirm distance and plug type; we’ll coordinate to ensure compliance and proper cable runs.
Throughput & Event Specs
- Typical print speed: ~40–120 items per hour per press (design/colour dependent).
- Best for 1–2 colour graphics; 3–4 colours possible with proper planning.
- Space: 10' × 10' recommended for press + curing + queue.
- Power: Two dedicated 220–240V, 30A circuits for flash/cure, plus one 120V line for peripherals.
- Ventilation: light heat from flash unit; suitable for indoor venues.
- Crew: trained printer(s) + assistant(s) for crowd management and quality control.

FAQs
What if our venue doesn’t have 220–240V, 30A circuits?
Tell us early and we’ll review options. Alternate curing setups or format adjustments may be possible, but throughput and print options may be reduced. A venue electrician’s confirmation is recommended.
How many colours can you print live?
For the fastest flow, we recommend 1–2 colours. More colours are possible with additional setup time and a larger footprint.
Can guests choose their size and ink colour?
Yes — we’ll curate sizes and colourways in advance, then guests pick at the station for a smooth line.
Do you provide the garments?
We can source blanks (best value and fastest) or approve/print on items you supply.
