How to Use the Order Form:

Artwork Upload:
Upload the final artwork for each designated print location. To ensure optimal and precise results, please provide high-quality files. The maximum print size permissible for screen printing is 20 inches tall by 14 inches wide.

Garment Documentation:
If you intend to supply your own garments, kindly upload one of the following documents to facilitate order verification:

Main Packing Slip
This measure ensures accuracy in processing and adherence to your specified requirements.

Specify Dimensions:
Provide the precise width and height measurements for each artwork. This information enables us to appropriately scale the print for your garment.

Multi-Location Printing:
For printing on multiple locations, complete the initial order for the main form and then re-checkout for each separate print location or design. This ensures correct processing and pricing. Alternatively, we can invoice you separately for these additional locations. Any discount is applicable only if processed through the website.

Review and Submit:
Upon completion of the form and file uploads, meticulously review all details. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation summarizing your order and uploaded selections.

Pricing is contingent upon print location and color count. Minor price adjustments may be necessary based on print size; however, we endeavor to maintain pricing stability.
