Screen printing is a versatile printing technique that allows for the creation of vibrant, durable designs on a wide array of materials. 2. Screen Preparation: We prepare a mesh screen by applying a photosensitive emulsion, followed by exposing it to light with the design overlay. The unexposed areas are washed away, leaving a precise stencil of the design.
3. Ink Application: Ink is then spread over the screen, and a squeegee is used to press the ink through the mesh and onto the substrate. Each color requires a separate screen, allowing for intricate, multi-colored designs.
