Fabric: 8.5 oz (280 gm) cotton/polyester blend fleece
Solid Colors, Camo Colors & Gunmetal Heather: 80% Cotton/20% Polyester with 100% cotton 20 singles face yarn for supreme printability and softness.
Grey Heather: 75% Cotton/25% Polyester
All other Heather Colors: 55% Cotton/45% Polyester (Charcoal Heather, Classic Navy Heather, Royal Heather, Army Heather)
Construction:
Split stitch double-needle sewing on all seams
Twill neck tape for added durability
Tear-away neck label for comfort
1x1 ribbing at collar, cuffs, and waistband for a snug fit
Fit: Standard fit for a relaxed, comfortable feel
Important Notes for Printing:
The SS3000 heather colors are not all made of 100% cotton face yarn. Please conduct your own testing prior to screen printing.
When printing on Camo Colorways, ensure the garment DOES NOT reach 320°F when flashing or drying.
Camo Colorways are water-based prints on a 100% cotton fabric surface.
Exceeding 320°F may cause ink migration.
For best results, use a poly blocker base and low-temperature curing inks.
